Englishwoman to face criminal charges for being a moron

Technically, she's being charged with racism, but she is evidently stupid and possibly mentally unbalanced.

I don't know if criminal prosecution is appropriate, but she should certainly face a permanent ban from public transit so that other riders don't have to be subjected to her ever again.
