Vancouver Fire Dept puts out fire on public property - Occupy Vancouver morons go ape-sh*t

Practicing religion in the middle of a public space is one thing, and one about which most people look askance.  But you can't go around saying you have an inalienable right to do whatever you feel like just because you stick the word "sacred" in front of it.

If a fire is sacred to some of our aboriginal people, then they can have a "sacred" fire in places legally designated for open flames. Starting a fire in the middle of downtown Vancouver, then saying it's "sacred," and that you have a right to do it (and going ape-sh*t when the Fire Department puts it out) just isn't cool.

I mean, the next time I'm out in public doesn't mean I have the right to pee in a doorway, then tell a cop ticketing me to buzz off because I'm making sacred urine.
