The annual White House Correspondents' Dinner has a tradition of being an opportunity for the President, whomever it is at the time, to let his hair down and show that he has a sense of humor.
The funniest speech ever was more of a performance of George W. Bush along with impersonator Steve Bridges, providing Bush's 'secret thoughts'. Sadly, Bridges died Saturday at the age of 48.
