Family Guy appeals to the lowest common denominator when it comes to comedic intelligence. It is little more than simple cheap shots and irreverent references. If you have not already I recommend watching the episode of South Park that makes fun of Family Guy and how it is written.
That may be so, but I find Family Guy pretty funny.
As a a Ford supporter, I;m pleased Seth MacFarlane ribbed him. David Miller was too boring and insignificant for an American TV institution to bother to make fun of.
