Joe Mihevc, whose oversight of the St. Clair streetcar fiasco saw a neighbourhood disrupted for five years and a $40 million dollar budget triple to $120 million isn't happy with Rob Ford's apology about his personal behavior.
The way I see it, Ford has at least $80 Million dollars worth of mistakes to his credit before he comes anywhere near owing the city as much of an apology as "Fiasco" Joe. And I don't recall Mihevc ever apologizing for what he did to St. Clair Avenue.
