The National Post reports that Toronto mayoral candidate Joe Pantalone is distributing condoms during Gay Pride festivities as a marketing effort. The condoms are packages with the slogan, "not your average Joe."

The long-shot candidate who is polling around 5th place may not help his campaign much, but will invite a lot of puns.
