If one hasn't already learned not to be shocked by the incomprehensibly stupid acts of municipal governments, this would seem unbelievable. Sadly it isn't. Blazing Cat Fur's post is about an officially sanctioned campaign by the City of Edmonton, evidently designed by bigots, that doesn't say that racism in all its forms is wrong, but singles out Caucasians as the primary group of racists who are instructed to be more conscious of their "white privilege."
