Didn't he do that famous climb in Safety Last with two fingers blown off his right hand? Amazing.
Yes he did! Lloyd sometimes wore a special glove on screen so it would look like he had those fingers.He also did almost all his own stunts. He was sort of the Jackie Chan of his day, or maybe Jackie Chan is the Harold Lloyd of ours.
