Mayor of major city makes outrageous, offensive statement

And it wasn't Rob Ford!

Osaka Mayor Toru Hashimoto said his lack of sensitivity to America’s perception of prostitution might have caused outrage after his suggestion earlier this week that U.S. troops based in southern Japan should patronize legal adult entertainment establishments to reduce sex crime there.

Hashimoto, co-leader of an emerging nationalist party, also has angered Japan’s neighbours by saying the Japanese military’s wartime practice of forcing Asian women into prostitution was necessary to maintain discipline and provide relaxation for soldiers.

Promoting sex slavery!!??   Gimme good old Rob Ford to this any day of the week!

Feds free slaves held at Saudi diplomatic compound in Virginia

MCLEAN, Va. (WUSA9) -- A Saudi diplomatic compound in McLean is now the center of a possible human trafficking case.
The details are scarce, but what little is known is certainly bizarre. On the 6000 block of Orris street in McLean is the mansion, said to be home of the Saudi military attaché.
It was raided yesterday by federal agents from homeland security investigations and ICE. It was at this compound that federal agents claim to have rescued two women.

Hamas directing human trafficking and organ theft in the Sinai

From CNN Correspondent Fred Pleitgen:

The philosophy of this branch of traffickers is the same as that of the criminals in Sudan and the Sinai: "Every action is permitted - kidnapping, torture, rape (used as a weapon of coercion), murder, the sale of human flesh on the organ market - in order to achieve the objectives of jihad: the imposition of Sharia, a world war for the unity of Islam, the conquest and forced conversion of "infidels", the elimination of the culture and of the political, economic and military system of the Western civilization, and - in the foreground, as a symbolic event - the destruction of the State of Israel. In Sudan, the organization trafficking in human beings and organs is a primary component of jihad, and even there the Rashaida jihadists are “doing the dirty work". After international actions reduced the spontaneous flow of refugees to the Sinai, they are now abducting people in refugee camps, primarily from Shagerab, which hosts over 30,000 desperate people, most of them very young. Kidnapping with demands for ransom has also taken place in Egypt and Libya. Every refugee kidnapped by the traffickers means roughly 20,000 dollars for armed fundamentalism. The turnover of trafficking is around $ 35 million per year. The Sudanese President, Omer Hassan al-Bashir, has acknowledged the role of the Rashaida tribe in the slave and organs trade, but says he is unable to counteract this crime or even prevent arms depots being set up in Sudan.

Last year, Israel bombed one of these deposits while the Mossad is constantly on the lookout for others. EveryOne Group has been reporting this close cooperation between Hamas (which is part of the Muslim Brotherhood) and jihadist traffickers for years, and has provided ample evidence

United Nations "Human Rights" Council transcends hypocrisy into outright evil

The speakers were never meant to live and tell their stories. Their torturers expected them to either submit or die. But somehow these men and women managed to escape from their dungeons and concentration camps to gather at the seat of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
They came to bear witness to the crimes committed by some of the very members of this esteemed UN body. Naturally, at the Palace of the Nations, where over 80 international officials, including Foreign Secretary William Hague, will over the coming days address the Council, there will be no space for these brave freedom fighters.
This is why UN Watch, together with over 20 other NGOs, organized the Geneva Summit for Human Rights and Democracy last week. Now in its fifth year, the annual summit does the sort of work the UN shies away from. It gives the victims, not the perpetrators, of state terror a podium.
While the international dignitaries will speak under the auspices of Council Vice President Mauritania, the Geneva Summit participants heard from a former subject of the North African country—Abidine Merzough, a man born as a slave to slave parents.
As unfathomable as it may sound, some 20 percent of Mauritanians, about 600,000 people, are still slaves. Mauritania uses Sharia to justify a racist system where Arabs exploit the country's black African population and which "runs counter to Islam's humanist principles," Merzough explained:
