I'm completely in favor of gay rights and gay pride. But that's not what Math class is for, and the use of Math lessons to promote a variety of social issues on the agenda of some teachers is thoroughly inappropriate.
That misuse of school time is one of the reasons Math scores in Ontario schools have been plummeting in the last few years.
LifeSite News went to a teachers' conference and recorded some teachers discussing how the use Math class and other classes to sneak their social agendas into the lessons. The Peel District School Board is threatening legal action against Life Site News for exposing what is going on in their classrooms.
What should be happening is a public inquiry into the misuse of public schools by "social justice" activist teachers and administrators.
