There are still 29 US states where it's legal to fire someone just for being gay.
The list has plenty of states you'd expect, but Florida and Pennsylvania surprised me.

There are still 29 US states where it's legal to fire someone just for being gay.
The list has plenty of states you'd expect, but Florida and Pennsylvania surprised me.

Florida is no surprise. Miami and Tampa do not represent that state. The entire interior and north part of that state are as redneck as they come.Even amongst southerners those parts of Florida are considered really backwards.
