This election has the lowest number of people who are enthusiastic about voting in the last 5 elections, with less than 50% of the overall electorate enthused about the prospects.
However, while only 46% of Clinton voters are enthusiastic about voting for her, 58% of Trump voters are looking forward to marking their ballot for him.
This bodes very well for Trump. Imagine you're sitting at home, it's a cold November night, you're enjoying a glass of Chardonnay and watching Grey's Anatomy. Are you really going to want to put on your coat to head out to stand in line to cast a vote for Crooked Hillary, or will you stay home and assume enough disgruntled single women (Hillary's largest support base - she's trailing badly among married women) will do the job for you?
