Toronto District School Board paying for pro-Communist, pro-totalitarian, anti-Israel indoctrination at "The Student School"
The Student School is one of the Toronto District School Board's alternative schools.
Apparently its curriculum is designed to offer an alternative to reason and sanity by promoting fanaticism and bigotry in the guise of activism.
The blog Socialist Studies has details on the school's advocacy of the murderous, Communist totalitarian, Che Guevara, its one-sided, fanatical anti-Israel proselytising, its promotion of the fakery of Idle No More, and of the authoritarian, Communist regime of Hugo Chavez. Plus its links to violent anarchists who are fixtures of Toronto's professional protester scene.
All paid for by your tax dollars.

Pink Floyd's Roger Waters uses his Belgium concert to boast that he's an anti-Semitic douche
Some concert goers were left feeling uncomfortably numb at a Roger Waters performance in Belgium last week when a black balloon in the shape of a wild pig – bearing a Jewish Star of David as well as symbols of dictatorial regimes from around the world – floated above the audience.Waters recently sat on the so called Russell Tribunal on Palestine, a kangaroo court in which that shallow nitwit participated with a group of hand-picked clowns, including the mentally degenerating Alice Walker, who has repeatedly professed her insane belief that the world is controlled by space lizards. She recently disclosed the "race" of space lizards in question and it turns out they are a creation of Marvel Comics.
“I came to the concert because I really like his music, without any connection to his political stance toward Israel,” Alon Onfus Asif, an Israeli living in Belgium, told YNetNews.com. “And I had a lot of fun, until I noticed the Star of David, on the inflatable pig. That was the only religious-national symbol which appeared among other symbols for fascism, dictatorships and oppression of people. Waters crossed the line and gave expression to an anti-Semitic message, beyond all his messages of anti-militancy.”
These are the types of hateful imbeciles that lead the current anti-Israel movement.

Middle Eastern Islam is incompatible with western civilization
Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood President Mohammed Morsi spent the weekend devoutly praying as his Imam preached, "Allah, destroy the Jews and their supporters."
Imagine the outcry if any western leader had attended a religious service and was seen praying in accession while a cleric asked God to destroy the Muslims.
There would be a maelstrom of calls for his resignation, for apologies and for him to renounce the service and the cleric. But in Egypt, like the rest of the Muslim Middle East, it's just another day at the office.
Professor Salim Mansur argued recently before a Parliamentary Commission in Ottawa that Canada should halt Muslim immigration as the values brought in by Muslim immigrants threaten western liberal democratic values.
I have opposed immigration curbs on the basis of religion, but instances like these are indications that we should be extremely judicious on allowing in immigrants from countries like Egypt and Pakistan where such bigotry and barbarity are the norm.

Kangaroo Court and Clown Show rolled into one - the Russell Tribunal on Palestine stumbles into New York this weekend
A tribunal, as defined by the meaning of the word, is a court with the authority to render decisions of justice. So among the other abuses perpetrated by the Russell Tribunal on Palestine is a debasement of the English language by the upcoming gathering this weekend of prejudiced fanatics and buffoons who comprise it.
After having already convicted the middle east's only democracy for crimes of which it is not guilty, this assembly of crackpots will, in New York this weekend, be re-empanelling virtually the same biased jury that participated in its Cape Town travesty last year that condemned Israel for practicing "apartheid." By its own distorted definition of apartheid, the Russell group demonstrated both its bigotry and stupidity in their findings.
They define apartheid as occurring under circumstances: "(i) that two distinct racial groups can be identified; (ii) that ‗inhuman acts‘ are committed against the subordinate group; and (iii) that such acts are committed systematically in the context of an institutionalised regime of domination by one group over the other."
Are the Russell group contending that black Ethiopian Jews are of the same distinct racial group as white European Ashkenazim Jews or of Semitic Middle Eastern Sephardi Jews?
Judaism is a religion. While black South Africans could not convert to becoming white Boers, Arabs can and sometimes do become Jews. There can only be two distinct racial groups in the Israeli/Palestinian conflict if one views, as the Russell group apparently does, "Jew" in the Hitlerian sense, where Jewish blood designates a racial category of its own. Were he capable, Hitler would be smiling up from Hell to see the useful idiots of the Russell group taking up his mantle of hate.
One of the aspects of an actual tribunal is that it has some measure of authority. The Russell Tribunal has none of any sort, lacking even the moral authority of a swarm of flies buzzing around a dung heap. Indeed, it's each other`s malignant excrement the Russell jury will be ingesting.
The Russell Tribunal is a theatrical farce staged by buffoons
Among those joining McKinney will be intellectual giants like defunked British band Pink Floyd's Rogers Waters, and the hysterical, geriatric author Alice Walker. Seemingly motivated in large measure by antipathy for her Jewish, Zionist husband who divorced her, in a statement since expunged from her blog, Walker described an encounter with a Palestinian woman:
I gave her [an old Palestinian woman] a gift I had brought and she thanked me. Looking into my eyes, she said "May God protect you from the Jews." When the young Palestinian interpreter told me what she'd said, I responded: "It's too late. I already married one." I said this because, like so many Jews in America, my former husband could not tolerate criticism of Israel's behavior toward the Palestinians. To compensate, there will be criticism of Israel aplenty for Walker this weekend. Another of her jury peers, Ronnie Kasrils, is a Jew who compared Israel to Nazis and once wrote, "I am convinced that in years to come humanity will look back to Soviet achievements as a source of profound inspiration." It's not surprising that someone so inspired would be part of the cult wanting to boycott and sanction Israel that even anti-Israel activist Norman Finkelstein identified as dishonest hypocrites who are really seeking the Jewish state's destruction.
Normally courts, even kangaroo courts, don't sell tickets. But the Russell Tribunal on Palestine is less a court than entertainment; a clown show charging admission to watch jesters who don't appreciate their own ridiculousness.
The late British essayist Christopher Hitchens posed some questions to activists like those peopling the Russell group's farce that are so determined to show solidarity with the Hamas-ruled Palestinians:
At a time of widespread democratic and pluralist revolution in the region, Hamas imposes its own version of theocracy on Gaza and seems otherwise aligned with the forces that stand athwart the hope of continued and deeper change. Who wants to volunteer time to make this outfit look more presentable? Half the published articles on Gaza contain a standard reference to its resemblance to a vast open-air prison (and when I last saw it under Israeli occupation, it certainly did deserve this metaphor). The problem is that, given its ideology and its allies, Hamas qualifies rather too well in the capacity of guard.
Only a few weeks ago, the Hamas regime in Gaza became the only governing authority in the world — by my count — to express outrage and sympathy at the death of Osama Bin Laden. As the wavelets lap in the Greek harbours, and the sunshine beats down, doesn’t any journalist want to know whether the “activists” have discussed this element in their partners’ world outlook? Does Alice Walker seriously have no comment?
Hamas is listed by various governments and international organizations as a terrorist group. I don’t mind conceding that that particular word has been used in arbitrary ways in the past. But what concerns me much more is the official programmatic adoption, by Hamas, of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion. This disgusting fabrication is a key foundational document of 20th-century racism and totalitarianism, indelibly linked to the Hitler regime in theory and practice. It seems extraordinary to me that any “activist” claiming allegiance to human rights could cooperate at any level with the propagation of such evil material. But I’ve have never seen any of them invited to comment on this matter, either.Undoubtedly, there are obvious matters upon which Alice Walker and her coterie of clowns will avoid comment, focusing instead on demonizing the only country in its region that respects individual liberties. But their avoidance of context and the complete truth only highlights how little worth can be attached to anything else they have to say.

Toronto City Council Wimps out on Pride Funding
An expected battle between those who wanted unconditional funding for Toronto's Gay Pride Festival and those who wanted civic contributions withheld until it was clear that the hate group Queers Against Israeli Apartheid would not be allowed to participate resulted in an inconclusive compromise.
Councillor Colle proposed a motion that affirmed Pride's value as a cultural event while condemning the use of the term "Israeli Apartheid." The motion did not address funding at all and unless the city's revised anti-discrimination policy, which will be unveiled next week, expressly prohibits it, the fanatical anti-Israel group will be able to participate with tax funds subsidizing their vapid, discriminatory message.
Colle's motion passed 27-7 following snide questioning from radical leftists councilors Gord Perks and the original owner of the hate group's website, Krystin Wong-Tam.
As tax funds may yet give a platform to the hate group, Pride Toronto will come under continued economic pressure, as boycott and protest campaigns are anticipated against sponsors of Pride who support an event that promotes hatred of the Jewish state.
More here from Sue Ann Levy in the Toronto Sun
UPDATE: The councilors who supported use of the term "Israeli Apartheid" in Toronto's Pride parade by voting against the motion were:
Gord "aptly named" Perks, Sarah "even more aptly named" Doucette, Krystin Wong-Tam (the owner of the hate group Queers Against Israeli Apartheid's website), Mike (I'm not very smart but I have a job because my last name is) Layton, Janet Davis, Michael Thompson and Maria Augimeri. Remember these names next municipal election and what a waste of your tax dollars these individuals are.

They're back! Intellectually vapid hatemonger group al QuAIA threatens to derail Toronto's Pride festival (again)
The collection of hideous gargoyles that calls itself Queers Against Israeli Apartheid (al QuAIA) says it wants to participate in Toronto's Pride festival this year.
Contentious City Council hearings last year almost derailed the Pride festival as a whole, when the Mayor and a number of councilors threatened to withdraw city funding and in-kind donations to the festival, which would have effectively driven the festival into bankruptcy.
The vapid hatemongers whose sole purpose is to demonize the only liberal democracy in the middle east, and the only one in its region that respects Gay rights, because it is a Jewish state were expected to lay low until after 2014 when Toronto is supposed to host the World Pride festival.
But because of their fanatical, narcissistic self-interest, this year's Pride and Toronto's hosting the world festival will again be placed in jeopardy.
Al QuAIA's participation also has the effect of crippling Toronto Pride's ability to attract sponsors, since no credible organization wants to be associated with a venue that gives a platform to hateful fanatics.
Right now, only one hotel is listed on Toronto Pride 2012's sponsor list. Keep an eye on that page and if more appear, be sure to let the sponsor know what you think of them giving money to a platform for the bigots and hatemongers of Al QuAIA.

Empty-headed McGill University "Equity Officer" censors pro-Israel group while sanctioning "apartheid" lie
Barbara Kay wrote in the National Post of a gross abuse of authority by an anti-Israel bigot embedded in the "Equity Committee" of McGill University's radical Student Society, which has the ability to impose its will on other student groups:
Perhaps it was disgruntlement over IAW’s lacklustre performance in 2012 that motivated an aggrieved student (supposedly anonymous, but some clues point to a well-known IAW activist) to formally complain to McGill’s student-society Equity Committee about the mildly satiric title of a recently held fundraising event for McGill Students for Israel (MSFI) — “Israel: A Party.”
In fact, an Equity Committee Officer already had directed MSFI to change the title, threatening, by email, “possible consequences such as suspension of club status” if they refused. Her rationale was that even such gentle mockery trivialized the word “apartheid” and the experiences of many of the world’s oppressed people, citing as well the indignation of “various colleagues and personal friends” regarding Israel’s oppression of Palestinians.

Idiotic Jewish Voices (IJV) are out to demonize the NDP's Thomas Mulcair
Independent Jewish Voices (IJV), a group comprised mainly of emotionally unstable Jewish radicals whose primary purpose appears to be to dispel the stereotype that all Jews are smart, is outraged, outraged that supporters of Israel are geting behind the NDP leadership bid of Thomas Mulcair.
They are a single-issue group of Jews whose only clear goal is to vilify the Jewish state and anyone who doesn't want it destroyed.
Members of this organization that has aligned itself with anti-Semitic forces from Iran and the Muslim middle east who want to eradicate the Jewish presence in Jerusalem, object to being called self-hating Jews. While as a matter of accuracy, they are right to object to it. They aren't self-hating, it's other Jews that they hate. But that's just another demonstration of their deficiencies. The bigots of IJV, had they the capacity for intelligent self-reflection, should hate themselves, yet they have too little insight for that to be likely.
The membership of this group of privileged, aged Marxists is engaged in a desperate search for relevance and meaning in their worthless lives. I have seem members of that group become literally apoplectic when their prejudice and ignorance was challenged by simple questions of fact by a Toronto City Councilor. The tunnel-minded members of IJV who continually congratulate themselves on their supposed "critical thinking" skills are only comfortable speaking unchallenged to like-minded souls. They are intellectually unequipped for anything else.
So indeed, rather than self hate, they should consider self-pity. They would excel at that, since they are already trying to paint themselves as martyrs who are being robbed of free speech merely by their being criticized. That is more evidence of their dearth of insight. Criticism is not deprivation of free speech. If they really want to understand what deprivation of free speech is, they have only to look at their allies who support the tyrannies of Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas, who do not criticize people for saying something they find objectionable, they kill them for it.

The importance of checking who you're involved with on the net
UPDATED OCTOBER 24/11:
Eye on a Crazy Planet recently did a published a piece on the Holocaust-denying, 9-11 conspiracy site Veterans Today. There was a link to Vet Jobs there that gave the impression that the Job link, HireVeterans.com was affiliated with Veterans Today.
Some of America's most prominent corporations pay to be "featured employers" on HireVeterans.com, which is directly linked to on Veterans Today. The two sites are both members of what is called The Veterans Today Network, which combined with the similarity in look between the sites gave the impression of a common business interest.
However I have been informed by the President of HireVeterans.com that such is not the case.
In fact, when he learned of the matter, the President of Success Spear LLC, which owns and operates HireVeterans.com, was appalled by the content on the Veterans Today site that links to his.
Veterans Today is one of the most repugnant, disgusting websites on the Internet. Its misleading name and the American flag on its banner head suggest its primary interest is in US military veteran's issues. But the website has board members like Lt General Hamid Gul, the former head of the Pakistani Intelligence Service, whose support for the Taliban resulted in the killing of many US servicemen in Afghanistan. The website is the public voice of insane 9-11 conspiracy theorists who claim that the US government was responsible for the terror attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon, Jew-haters, Holocaust deniers, bigots and others whose idea of political commentary suggests they have a serious mental illness.
Veterans Today describes notorious neo-Nazi Ernst Zundel as a "human rights activist" and a recent column denied the Holocaust happened but concluded with "If it does “happen again,” can I say that I just hope that they get it right the next time?"
( UPDATE: Nov 28/11 - It looks like the psychopaths at Veterans Today were a little sensitive about being identified as advocates for genocide, so they recently excised the line above from that article.)
HireVeterans.com is performing a laudable undertaking by supporting men and women who have made sacrifices and served their country. They should be commended for that but must be careful about their associations and links. This is something that is one of the ongoing hazards of Internet-based businesses and services.
HireVeterans.com is now making immediate inquiries to see to it that their good name is not tainted by association with the deplorable views of Veterans Today.

Durban III Hate-Fest excludes UN Watch from attending but permits Gaddafi-funded organization
UN Watch has been a strong critic of Human Rights abusers like Iran, Syria, China and Libya, all of whom have at one point or another been members of the ironically named United Nations Human Rights Council at one point.
Evidently disliking having their hypocrisy pointed out to them, the organizers of Durban III, which the world's major democracies have declared that they would boycott, have banned UN Watch. Probably because it couldn't be a proper hate fest with those party-poopers from a genuine human rights organization pointing out what a bunch of assholes the tyrannies that are participating in Durban III are.

Palestinian statehood would mean real "apartheid"
Though founded as a Jewish state, in order to serve a sanctuary for a people who have faced persecution for millennium, Israel has never exiled anyone on the basis of their religion nor has it prevented the free practice of any religion within its borders. It has citizens of every religious group, including Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, etc.
The calumny of it being an 'apartheid' state is merely a lie that pro-Palestinian, or more to the point, anti-Israel fanatics have latched on to to attempt to de-legitimize and eliminate a non-Muslim entity in what they want to be an exclusively Islamic-ruled Middle East.
But to understand the true nature of the type of apartheid that already exists within Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia, Iran, Sudan and more, the words of the Palestinian Authority's Ambassador to the US are particularly informative.
During a breakfast briefing hosted by the Christian Science Monitor on Tuesday, Maen Rashid Areikat reiterated his call to create a Jew-free Palestinian state.
As school season has just resumed, and another "Israeli Apartheid Week" is on the horizon for university campuses, this is a reminder of the hypocrisy and dishonesty of the people who perpetrate that lie. It is more proof that the definition of Israeli Apartheid Week really is,
"the week in which the Western campus Hitlerjugend, Marxist-Leninists, and Islamo-fascists unite to demonstrate against and call for the destruction of the only Middle East country that is NOT an apartheid regime."

United Church Minister denounces Israel at CASMO hate fest
United Church minister Brian McIntosh appeared at the now infamous al Quds Day seminar organized by an anti-Israel hate group on Friday, August 26. Despite condemnation of the event from Toronto's mayor and a slew of City Councilors, McIntosh lent his credibility, such as it is, to CASMO, a group of Khomeinist supporters of the racist, terror-sponsoring Iranian regime.
In his address to the assembled fanatics, McIntosh got caught up in the frenzy and denounced Israel with: "...the political powers of the world bear a false witness to the divine will, through politically and military-backed colonialism, horrific ethnic cleansing, systematic, state-sanctioned terrorism, the real, true terrorism, the carrying out of what many have called the Manifest Destiny of the West, known as the Zionist Project in Israel."
McIntosh, whose authority to speak on behalf of the divine will is questionable, went on to express support for a divestment, boycott and sanctions campaign against the only liberal democracy in the middle east, but on that night lacked the fortitude to utter a single word of criticism towards Iran, a state sponsor of terrorism that persecutes religious minorities, murders Gays, and represses women.
What McIntosh did do was to try to bolster his position by invoking Richard Falk, a Jewish anti-Semite and 9-11 conspiracy theorist who has distinguished himself by being the only Special Rapporteur in the history of the United Nations to be condemned by a UN Secretary General.
In addition to saying Palestinians suffer from an "apartheid" worse than that in South Africa thirty years ago, McIntosh also referred to Israeli settlements in the West Bank as "one of the largest politically motivated land grabs in human history." Given that McIntosh made that pronouncement in North America, it betrays a pathetic lack of historical knowledge on his part.
The word "Shahid" is Arabic for "witness", but it is generally taken to mean martyr or someone who has dies in fulfillment of Islamic religious duty. It is the term by which violent, fanatical Islamists in Hamas and Hezbollah refer to their suicide bombers. McIntosh, in his speech, said, "surely there have been enough shahids for Palestinian dignity, justice and freedom who have been killed to convince the world of the necessity of ending this conflict by returning the Palestinians to their homeland.."
McIntosh appears oblivious, if not indifferent to the fact that so many shahids have died not for dignity and justice, but out of a desire to murder innocent Israelis and collect 72 virgins in a promised afterlife.
The ignorance, lack of historical comprehension, lack of context and utter bigotry demonstrated by McIntosh in his speech are astounding. The United Church of Canada has just distanced itself from an individual named Karin Brothers who was said to be a representative of the Church at a CASMO hate rally at Queen's Park.
A question the United Church needs to address is whether the shameful speech by McIntosh reflects the Church, or will they bury their heads in the sand?

Jack Layton's Health Critic Libby Davies: proud of solidarity with French politician accused of anti-Semitism and other Jew-haters
NDP Health Critic Libby Davies recent twitter expressions of "solidarity" with the Armada of Fools attempting to break Israel's arms blockade of Gaza contained some fascinating information about the Vancouver East MP.
Davies not only tweeted her support for the Sea Hitler (aka Tahrir) activists, but seems to be promoting French Senator Alima Boumediene-Thiery, who spoke at the anti-Israel rally she attended. As you can see from the picture Davies tweeted, and a YouTube video posted under the authorship of rabbletv, that the tweet seems to be a still-shot from the video. So unless she's tweeting from someone else's blackberry, it appears Davies is moonlighting as a videographer for her spouse's virulently anti-Israel and sometimes anti-Semitic website, rabble.ca (or is standing so close to the rabble photographer as to be intertwined).
Senator Boumediene-Thiery, who is the star of Davies' video and one of her solidarity rally buddies, was prosecuted in France in 2010 for charges related to anti-Semitic activity, of which she has a long record. In 2003, she hosted an exhibition at the European Parliament that was anti-Semitic to the extent that Roger Helmer, the member of European Parliament for East Midlands, ripped down one of the banners as a gesture of protest. Helmer's website describes the incident:
The European Parliament played host to an exhibition, sponsored by the French MEP Alima Boumediene-Thiery, called "Apartheid israel" in which the words "Israel" and "Apartheid" were juxtaposed to form an inappropriate and racist comment, according to Helmer. The exhibition was even more inappropriate considering that it was deliberately featured during the week that Israel celebrated its 50th Anniversary of Independence.
Mr Helmer was so incensed by the display that he removed the offending banner causing the organiser of the exhibition, to accuse Mr Helmer of "violent behaviour". Ms Boumediene-Thiery MEP later sent an email to the entire European Parliament accusing Mr Helmer of "an unworthy act" and of "aggression".
Roger Helmer MEP, who has been a long-term campaigner for diplomacy and democratic resolution to conflict, said:
"I removed what I, and others, considered to be an inflammatory and anti-Semitic message. I am a strong proponent of free speech. But there comes a point at which free speech crosses the line and becomes national and racial abuse. This is such a case."Senator Boumediene-Thiery is a member of France's Green Party, which was co-founded by Ginette Skandrani, an individual who was closely associated with Holocaust-deniers and was eventually expelled from the party when that exposure became just a tiny bit embarrassing for them.
It leads to the inescapable question of whether Davies' embarrassing, irresponsible behaviour reflects what we could expect from an NDP federal government, should there ever be one.

Christopher Hitchens poses questions to the Sea Hitler Gaza boat crew
Only a few weeks ago, the Hamas regime in Gaza became the only governing authority in the world—by my count—to express outrage and sympathy at the death of Osama Bin Laden. As the wavelets lap in the Greek harbors, and the sunshine beats down, doesn't any journalist want to know whether the "activists" have discussed this element in their partners' world outlook? Does Alice Walker seriously have no comment?
Hamas is listed by various governments and international organizations as a terrorist group. I don't mind conceding that that particular word has been used in arbitrary ways in the past. But what concerns me much more is the official programmatic adoption, by Hamas, of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion. This disgusting fabrication is a key foundational document of 20th-century racism and totalitarianism, indelibly linked to the Hitler regime in theory and practice. It seems extraordinary to me that any "activist" claiming allegiance to human rights could cooperate at any level with the propagation of such evil material. But I have never seen any of them invited to comment on this matter, either.

al-QuAIA takes new name and suicide bombs Toronto Pride Festival
Trans March 1/7/2011
The fanatical anti-capitalist, anti-Israel Queers Against Israeli Apartheid was a source of controversy and disgust for Toronto. Their attempt to hijack Toronto's Gay Pride Festival for their hysterical anti-Israel agenda falls into a number of categories that discredits and disparages that group.
Unintentionally ironic is the mildest term that can be used to describe Gay people who chose to vilify a Gay-friendly country while advocating for people who believe homosexuals should be put to death for their sexual orientation. That they should choose to do so in Toronto at the same time that a few blocks away, a conference of Islamic fundamentalists that think Gays should be stoned to death is going on, and not protest that, suggests Queers Against Israeli Apartheid, as a group, suffer from severe psychiatric problems.
As Michael Lucas put it, "The anti-Israel clique has developed a completely new use of the concepts of human rights and universal solidarity: Only for them does “solidarity” require complete blackwashing of one party and whitewashing of the other."
After lengthy hearings, City Council made it clear that Pride would not receive civic funds if that offensive hate group participated in the festival. And Queers Against Israeli Apartheid "promised" they would not put Pride at risk by participating. Just as Pride said they would not participate this year.
But these fanatics evidently are so stupid that they thought if they changed their name and joined in anyway, everything would be fine.
They and Pride could be in for some bad news.
Both the Trans March and the Dyke March were invaded by people from Queers Against Israeli Apartheid.
And Pride officials did nothing to remove them.
Tomorrow, if they turn up at the main Pride parade, it should be very interesting seeing what happens when they ask for their six-figure cheque from the city.

the anti Israel, "Israeli Apartheid" group led by this person of.. which group was that?
(UPDATES: Here is an article by QuAIA spokesperson Savannah "Savvy" Garmon for Electronic Intifada titled "Queers Against Israeli Apartheid refuse to be silenced" She evidently took her own words literally both during the Trans and Dyke Marches this year. She is listed as "an activist for transgender rights, sex worker rights and has been active with various groups in the Palestine solidarity movement since 2002." Which makes a bit of a different description than her caption for this QuAIA video where she is listed as a physicist. Physics, it appears, ain't what it used to be.)
From the Dyke March, July 2, 2011:
The anti-Israel group joined the march on Church St - Pride officials - including the woman in the blue shirt - spoke with them and let them join in
Pride officials (w/blue shirts) with anti-Israel group
Pride Officials accompanied the anti-Israel group along most of the route, here one plays traffic cop for them
And look who the leader is (again):
Here's the video with them chanting "We're sexy, we're hot, Israeli apartheid's not"
Talk about false advertising! Not only is Israel not an apartheid state, but there isn't a single one of these fools that comes close to being sexy or hot!
The sexy, hot lesbians were with the Pro-Israel group:
Blazing Cat Fur has more pics from Pride today
And the Roller Derby Girls were sexy and hot too:
According to the Toronto Star, Giorgio Mammoliti wants the city to withhold Pride's funding because of this group. The Star reports, "Organizers said they did not see the controversial group." If that's the case, as you can see from the photos above, Pride organizers aren't above lying.
Here is some of the video Councillor Mammoliti shot
AND...
Blazing Cat Fur just posted a video with some revealing information about the anti-Israel group and their personal Pride escort

Toronto Islamic conference to feature homophobic, anti-Semitic, Christian-hating speakers
Lucky Toronto!
The Islamic Journey of Faith Conference is set to coincide with Pride weekend!
Toronto mayor Rob Ford has no plans to attend that either, and probably a good thing.
This convention of hateful bigots features speakers like Bilal Philips who calls homosexuality "a threat to society as a whole" and compares being Gay to pedophilia and incest:
And here are some of Philips' other interesting views from his own website:
On Jews: "They are misguided human beings who need Islam and we must treat them in this way."
On Christianity: "All that we are certain of is that the crucifixion of Jesus did not take place, as Allah said, "he was not crucified"
On marriage:"To deny the validity and legality of polygyny is tantamount to denying the comprehensiveness of the Islamic marriage system and the wisdom of the divine decree."
Or how about Abdur Raheem Green who said: "The Jews and the Christians have taken their priests and their rabbis as gods beside Allah."
Or how about this charmer, who is on the speakers' list?
Or Abu Usamah Atthahabi who FOX News reported has al Qaida links and calls for the "crucifixion of the kuffar" (the kuffar would be any non-Muslim).
Or this genius that argues for arranged Muslim marriage: "marriages that begin with emotions usually end in divorce."
The list goes on...and on... and on....it's like a miscreant convention...
The mainstream press like the Toronto Star and Globe can't be bothered to report about it, because it might take away from the space they need to bash Rob Ford for wanting to spend a long weekend at the cottage.
The lack of protest by the usual suspect groups like Queers Against Israeli Apartheid that only seem to be focused on what Israel does, creates even more of an appearance that they too are motivated by anti-Semitism and not social justice.
UPDATE: Looks like the Star finally got the message and published this
