A new Toronto Zanta sighting!

Coming home from St. Lawrence Market a couple of weeks ago, I heard lots of honking and observed some disruption at the corner of Yonge and Gould Streets in downtown Toronto.

Blocking traffic was a familiar figure doing push-ups in the middle of the northbound lane of Yonge Street.

It was Zanta!

Zanta had disappeared for a while, but he he was a fixture in the city for years, ubiquitously appearing in public, shirtless and wearing his all-season Santa hat, while raving and purposelessly performing push-ups.

Then he disappeared.

And now, he's back.
