There are aspects of it that reflect a valid need for the separation of religion and the promotion of religion from government/civil service. It seems even-handed in that it doesn't privilege any particular religion. But there are also some unsettling restrictions on individual expression.

So are you for or against the Quebec charter?
Still undecided, but am leaning in favor of it.
