How does whether or not a woman shaves her legs have anything to do with anything?
Wow. That comment really does indicate you are too stupid to have understood the findings of the survey.
"Stupid" was one of the ways a number of people in it described activists in the study.
Reality meets perception.
The comment is not about the survey but about the images you chose to illustrate your article in which you include a close-up of an unshaven leg. What does that have to do with anything?
Oh, come on. Seriously?
The text on the post read, "An interview with the author of a recent study which found that most people think activists are icky" and you have to ask why a female activist's densely hairy leg is one of the images?
Why does it not surprise me that your comment came from a York University url?
I guess that sort of thing is considered a turn-on there.
